Restaurants on Orient Beach
Within five minutes drive of each other, both Orient Beach and French Cul de Sac are home to a wonderful array of dining experiences.
Orient Bay is St. Martin's flagship beach where the concept of the beach bar has been developed to new heights, not only offering quick snacks, but also gourmet meals right on the water's edg
e. At nighttime, some beach bars turn into outdoor nightclubs with entertainment into the small hours. Others are open for breakfast and lunch and close at sunset.
For breakfast and lunch try Andy and Cheryl's which offers 'authentic' New Jersey fare served with great character and a real 'at home' feel. Or you may prefer to just pop in to enjoy a drink at the bar and watch the beach action. 'The Five Stars of Orient Beach' is an affiliation of the most established Beach Restaurants & Clubs on Baie Oriental; BIKINI BEACH, WAIKIKI BEACH, KONTIKI, KAKAO BEACH and COCO BEACH. They all offer high quality service, exciting menus of vastly different styles and fantastically furnished bars with extensive wine lists.
If you want to eat like a king whilst getting a tan on the beach, Orient bay is the place to be!
Cul de sac is an unimposing little village with a surprisingly good collection of local restaurants. The main road through the village is bordered by several small and friendly restaurants offering everything from local Creole and Haitian dishes to Pizzas and French Cord en Bleu cuisine. During high season, many of these have special nights with roadside BBQ's, wine tasting soirees and local entertainment. Just a little further on from Cul de sac is the tasteful and tranquil area of Anse Marcel, which has a fine collection of restaurants and wonderful views of the bay.
