Accurate Grading, in Writing
Every diamond and gemstone is described accurately on the receipt — carat weight, cut, color, and clarity — in terms any independent appraiser or gemological laboratory can verify.
What the receipt says is what was purchased.
Independent Appraisal Welcome
We encourage customers to seek independent appraisal of any purchase.
If an appraisal by a certified gemologist reveals a material discrepancy between the quality or value represented at the time of sale and the appraised result, we commit to one of the following: adjusting the price to reflect the appraised value, or accepting the return of the item for a full refund. No questions asked.

Authentic Brands
Items sold under a brand name are genuine. We do not sell counterfeit or misrepresented merchandise.
No Pressure
A customer who wants to think, compare, or return tomorrow is welcome. We do not follow people down Front Street.
Duty-Free Pricing, Honestly Explained
Sint Maarten's duty-free status offers genuine savings. We will explain exactly what those savings are for any item, and we will not inflate the original price to manufacture a discount that does not exist.
