Transparent Pricing
The rate quoted is the rate paid. No mandatory add-ons, no surprise fees at return, and no charges not disclosed at the time of booking.
Honest Vehicles
Every vehicle is inspected before and after each rental. Existing damage is documented at pickup — in writing, with the customer's acknowledgment — so there is no ambiguity at return.
Incidents Are Not a Profit Center
In the event of an accident or incident, we will handle the matter at cost.
We do not mark up repairs, we do not invent damage, and we do not use the damage process as a revenue opportunity. Our goal is to resolve any incident fairly and promptly.
