Fresh Food, Prepared Here
We do not serve pre-produced or industrially frozen meals supplied by general catering distributors.
Every dish on our menu is prepared in our kitchen from fresh ingredients. A restaurant in the Caribbean has no excuse for serving food that could have come from a warehouse.
Honest Daily Specials
Our specials of the day reflect what is fresh, seasonal, and available — not what needs to be moved before it spoils.
A special on our menu is an opportunity for the kitchen, not a clearance sale.
Fair Treatment of Staff
Every server receives their full service charge and any gratuities left by guests.
These are not absorbed into general revenue. They belong to the people who earned them. We consider this non-negotiable.
Honest Pricing
The prices on our menu are the prices paid. Any mandatory service charge is disclosed clearly before ordering.
