Founded in 1986/ 1987 in St. Thomas and St. Maarten by brothers Peter, James and Mike Mirpuri alongside their father Sam, now joined by their sons Nitin and Giresh to continue this family led business becoming the 3rd generation to carry it forward by following the Ballerina 4 C’s:

Since its inception, Ballerina has grown to include ten locations between St. Maarten and St. Thomas. In the fall of 2014 a Longines Flagship Boutique, the first ever in the Caribbean was opened in St. Maarten. While each location has its own personality, the stores share a modern, yet classically elegant style, providing customers with a comfortable environment to shop. The flagship location at 56 Front Street in Philipsburg, St. Maarten, features a streamlined, chic and modern interior juxtaposed with its traditional island exterior.
