If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply ship it back to our office in New York or Los Angeles.

Shiva's pioneered the concept of allowing customers to take a jewelry item home, have it appraised, and settle the balance. Accordingly, although the jewelry has to be declared for visitors from the U.S. upon return, duty is not payable until the purchase is completed.
