Our simple and fair booking procedure for excursions:
- You select the excursion you would like to participate in. Please read the description carefully. Fill out a reservation form with all relevant data and pay a 20% deposit to lock in your seat.
Terms and Cancellation Policy for Excursions or Activities:
- Cancellation for any reasons up to 7 days before booking date: 100% refund of deposit.
- Cancellation by the tour operator due to unfavorable weather conditions: 100% refund of deposit or change of date.
- Your cruise ship arrives too late in port: 100% refund of deposit.
- No-show: deposit forfeit.
