Guy's Driftwood Boar Bar started out as a modest boat with a cooler on a trailer. To be removed every evening, as it was just operating in a parking zone. With the tenacity of a business minded St. Maartener, Guy turned the little set-up into a permanent institution. Now, the boat doesn't have to be moved anymore and there is a separate professional kitchen, offering meals of amazing quality.
